Gym at Al Rihab Resort is equipped with the latest machines for cardiovascular exercise and bodybuilding (free weight, stack machines and converging ones). These facilities are perfect for training and physical development which also icludes a large room for supervised classes of indoor cycling with specialized instructors: aerobics, step, latin dances, cardiobox, body fitness, circuit, Legs, bums & tums, and Zumba, are some of the activities in our current sports proposal. We also have converging machines which will satisfy the most demanding people.
Bodybuilding and Fitness symetrically develop and shape your muscles by a progressive resistance training with weights. It makes you faster, stronger and more resistant in situations with a high physical demand. It also helps you to avoid muscle and bone injuries.
Weight training is used to strengthen your body, to improve sports performance (in fact, it is used as a supplement in most sports, football, swimming, athletics...)
